OGITA 8th Annual Technology / Education Conference

The 8th Annual Conference will be held in Stillwater, OK at the Stillwater Community Center.
The Oklahoma Government Information Technology Association (OGITA) is having their eighth annual conference at the Stillwater Community Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma. All booths will be 10 feet by 10 feet. This event is attended by Oklahoma Information Technology professionals, City Managers, Mayors, Education Staff, Safety personnel, State, County, Municipal, Tribal, Libraries, Education, and other Information Technology support individuals in Oklahoma.
At this time we are still allowing attendee sign up but will notify vendors of attendee sign up information to help plan this event. OGITA wants this event to have a good eighth year with continued growth in the years to come. All previous years had the vendor exhibition area sell out early so please sign up for space early as it is limited this year more than normal to allow for full size booths.

Please use the information on our hotel link page so you get the special rate as well as we are notified where attendees and vendors are located around the hotel. Please ask for OGITA rate so that OGITA gets credit for your room to ensure we can continue to block out rooms. OGITA's block of rooms are reserved until Sept 20th or until sold out (which has happened every year very early).

OGITA expects this to be an educational experience, networking with peers opportunity, and a sharing of emerging technologies. We already have a good number of vendors from previous conferences coming back this year as well as some new ones waiting for sign up to open.
