Vendor Registration
Vendors will be provided a virtual exhibit booth in the hopin.to platform. The hopin.to platform supports video, chat, a logo, and more! This can include pre-recorded video, a set of Google Slides, or a live, interactive chat session with those that visit your booth in a “break-out” style event. The system will also assist you in collecting attendee information through a customizable CTA button.
Vendors will also be entitled to ship swag, literature, business cards, etc., to us, for inclusion in a “swag box” our conference staff will ship to attendees shortly after the event, at no additional cost.
Finally, your sponsorship fee will include a $25 gift card drawing for attendees in your company’s name. We’ll go ahead and procure the gift card and conduct the drawing on your behalf while making sure to thank you for your support. If you wish to conduct the drawing or collect your own information, please contact the OGITA conference committee and we’ll discuss options.
